Pastor Paul and Mrs. Kirsten have been married since 2001 and have 7 children. They have been serving The Lord at Central since January of 2012 and work diligently under the leadership of the Lord to bring to light the vision for this church in reaching our community with the Message of Jesus Christ. In addition to 7 kids they have many chickens, a few ducks, two dogs, and two cats – almost sounds like the ark.  

I serve as the Spiritual Formation Pastor at Central Baptist Church. I have been a faithful member of Central for over 12 years and have lived and served in the community for more than 35 years. A graduate of Crestview High School, I have dedicated much of my vocational life to serving others as a board-certified optician. 
 
Throughout my years at Central, I have faithfully served in many roles, including youth leader, deacon, and in various other ministries wherever help was needed. My heart for discipleship, spiritual growth, and community outreach reflects my deep love for Christ and the local church. 
 
I have been married to my wife, Angela Cox, for 33 years. I am a proud father to Synclare Mixon, married to our “son-in-love,” Michael Mixon, and a joyful grandfather to Callie Mixon. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and investing in the community I love so deeply.

I have been married to my wife, Katelyn, for six years, and together we are raising four children with a desire to honor the Lord in our home and ministry. Since 2025, I have been serving at Central Baptist, helping lead the youth ministry and serving as Worship Leader. I have a heart for shepherding young people, leading the church in Christ-centered worship, and seeing lives transformed by the truth of God’s Word. I am grateful for what the Lord is doing at Central, and I’m excited to continue serving the church family and the surrounding community.

My name is Jessica Dewrell, I’ve been married for 23 years and I have 5 children, and one granddaughter. I was born and raised in Crestview I have always had a passion to work with children and lead them to know and have a relationship with Christ. I have been the Children’s Director at Central for 3 years. 

I have been working at the church for 5 years now. Started attending Central when I was 14 years old. Have recently felt the call to be one of the leaders of the Girls in Action group on Wednesdays. When I am not at the office, I am probably at Disney for a few days & I am a first-time mom with a baby girl on the way.

I started working in the office in July of 2025 after being a stay-at-home mom for the 12 years to two incredible young ladies. I started attending a D-group at Central during Covid and I thank God every day for guiding me here. I enjoy all things DIY and anything to do with being outside in His creation.  

I have been married to Jalia since 1980. We have three daughters. I taught preschool for 4 years, AWANA Leaders. I have been in the maintenance field and electrical/HVAC for 20+ years.  

I have been a member since 1988. I've volunteered as a facilities helper since 2013. I was married for 48 years when my husband passed. I have two children, two grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. I retired from Civil Service after 31 years.
